There was a strong presence of romanticism in Karla Spetic's Resort 17 collection tittled "Memories". The Croatian city of Dubrovnik was where she grew up until the age of eleven; the collection was a homage to the adriatic surrounded city. 
Having not been back for over a decade the memories were based on the feeling and senses of smell, touch and sound. The runway itself was  even created to give the feel of a mediterranean village flooring. 

The collection featured lavender purples and prints and a literal postcard graphic giving a snapshot of a summer holiday. There is a reinvention of silhouettes from her past, scalloped edges and sheer panels throughout the collection with crisp whites and deep inky blues on silk faille and silk georgette.
